Acceptable Use Policy

Photos you may upload

Only upload a photo of an adult that you own or have permission to use. You must have the right to use the likeness of the person pictured. Photos of minors require a parent or guardian to upload them.

What is not allowed

• Nudity, sexual content, or content that sexualizes anyone.
• Photos of minors without guardian authorization.
• Photos of other people without their permission, including celebrities and public figures.
• Content meant to harass, defraud, impersonate or defame a person.
• Violence, hate content, or anything illegal where you live.

Enforcement

We screen every upload after payment and before generating. If a photo fails, the video is returned to your pack so you can upload a different photo at no charge. We may cancel an order, refuse service, and report illegal content.

AI labels

Videos are AI generated. Label them as AI generated when you post them on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or elsewhere, as those platforms require.
