What we collect

• Your photo, which you upload to make a video.
• Order data: the plan you bought, the payment status, and an optional delivery email.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, and basic usage analytics.

Card details are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store them.

How we use it

We use your photo only to generate your video, check it against our acceptable use policy, and deliver the result. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not show them publicly.

Service providers

Your photo is sent to an AI vision model provider to check that it can be used, and to AI video providers to generate the video, and to our payment, storage, email and analytics providers to run the service.

Retention

Photos and videos are stored privately and deleted automatically after 14 days. Order records are kept as needed for accounting and refunds.

Your rights

Email support@burningbridgesaitrend.com to ask for access to or deletion of your data before the 14 days end.

Children

The service is for adults. Photos of minors may only be uploaded by a parent or guardian.
