Refund Policy

Failed videos are retried

Each video is made for you after you pay. If a video fails to generate, or is not ready within 15 minutes of when it started, we retry it automatically. If it still fails, that video is added back to your pack so you can make it again at no charge. You do not need to contact us for this. If a video keeps failing, email support with your order link and we will keep working with you until it is delivered.

Delivered videos are not refundable

Each video is a personalized digital product made from the photo you upload, and it can be downloaded as soon as it is delivered. For that reason a delivered video is not refundable. We do not refund a change of mind, a result you did not like, or a request to use different photos. AI output varies: faces, motion and background will not match any original footage frame by frame, and that is not a failure.

Duplicate or wrong charges

If you were charged twice for the same order, or the amount charged does not match the price shown, we refund the difference to your original payment method automatically. Your bank or card issuer usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
